A community gathering of love & welcome hosted by multi-faith leaders in solidarity and support of those who do not align with Turning Point.
Join people of all faiths (and no faith at all – all are welcome) for an event to shine light on the love and community support in Greater Portland and throughout the state of Maine for all those who feel that their lives, safety and rights are oppressed, targeted or at risk in the hands of right-wing politics, white supremacist ideas or christian nationalist ideologies.
We will gather for music from amazing local musicians, as well as statements of support based in faith and beyond. This is a community event based in love, acceptance and welcoming – standing in solidarity and support for all our siblings.
Local Artists Performing: Connor Garvey, Emilia Dahlin, Hadithi Abdulle, Nacole Palmer, Singing Resistance Portland
All Donations at the event will go to: Pink Haven, Maine Solidarity Fund, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, Maine Gun Safety Coalition, Gray Street Ministry
