We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new 3.5-day vocal retreat—Kindred Voices, happening September 11–14, 2025, at Common Ground in Starksboro, Vermont.

This immersive retreat is designed for singers of all backgrounds—whether you’re an enthusiastic shower singer, a community chorus leader, or somewhere in between. Through four distinct musical threads, we’ll build vocal skills, foster connection, and explore the joy of group singing:

Circlesinging: Group vocal improvisation, led by Paola Faoro (Brazil/Boston) and Eileen Webb (Maine)

Flow Singing: Layered harmony songs for presence, led by Patricia Norton (VT)

Vocal Exploration: Discovering and expanding the voice, led by Destiny Cooper (Boston Children’s Chorus/MA ACDA)

Choral Music: Traditional choral singing with sheet music, led by Timothy Parsons (countertenor/director based in VT)
