For Portland Friends Meeting members and attenders: to submit an event for the calendar that does not require rental information, please confirm below that the room you want is not already in use, then complete this form (allow 2-3 days before events will appear).

Renting the Meetinghouse: To schedule an event at the meetinghouse, contact the meetinghouse coordinator at coordinator@portlandfriendsmeeting.org. Please note that the meetinghouse is in use by Quakers all Sundays from 9 am to 3pm and will be unavailable for other uses at that time.

Portland Friends Meeting events not in the Meetinghouse: For events sponsored by Portland Friends Meeting (related to the Life of the Meeting/or Quarterly or Yearly Meeting events directly related to our meeting) but not taking place at the meetinghouse complete this form to submit the event to the calendar, or contact the coordinator at coordinator@portlandfriendsmeeting.org.
